Ingredients

• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 slice pepper jack cheese
• Fresh jalapeño slices
• Spicy mayo
• Fresh lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Burger bun
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season beef patty with salt and pepper, and grill to your desired doneness.
3. Place pepper jack cheese over the patty to melt during the last minute of cooking.
4. Lightly toast the burger bun.
